Transposition

“Human. Real estate. Future.” Three keywords. A common thread that should lead the Deutsche Investment brand to its goal and to recognize and reinforce the values, the successful company history and the people behind it.

The most important feature is the revised trademark. The three circles, which represent people, real estate and the future, formed three centered circles in the previous logo. The new symbol impresses with its homogeneity, equality and dynamism. Animations bring the icon to life. An Antiqua font, which has been optimized for logo display, underlines the company's clarity and simplicity. The new text concept and the modernization of the visual language strengthen the impression of authenticity and trust. Large-scale photos, subtle animations and meaningful blocks of text define the visual appearance of the brand.

Result

With an emotionally charged brand movie, the “new” Deutsche Investment celebrated its premier in October 2021 at Berlin's Delphi Filmpalast. In addition to the new website, the Deutsche Investment brand will also be used on analog means of communication in the future. Always in focus: Human. Real estate. Future.
